In the unlikely event that your Niki Stik® should break, send it to Niki Stik®, along with a check or money order for $5.95 to cover shipping and handling, and it will be replaced free of charge. Every Niki Stik® comes with this guarantee. Due to the nature of wood and art, no two Niki Stiks® are alike, but we will replace your Niki Stik® with the closest match to the original as possible.
My hair is rather thin, and nothing seems to hold it nicely and securely in place. Will a Niki Stik® work for me? The Niki Stik® Short works best for women with fine hair. Make sure to check out Hair Styles for instructions. Damp hair is easier to work with. It might take a little practice, but once you’ve got it, you’ve got it! Shorter, finer hair works wonderfully in a French twist.

I’ve seen your Hair Styles page. Can I do other things with my Niki Stik®? Yes. Customers are always creating new up do’s. For a more casual look, don’t tuck hair ends into your bun or twist. Form a secure bun or twist and allow the ends to move freely. Niki Stiks® can even add body and curl to your hair. Simply secure damp hair in a bun on top of your head. Let it dry and take it down. You’ll be amazed at the results. Be creative and have fun. One of the beauties of the Niki Stik® is that there are no rules.
How are Niki Stiks® packaged? Every Niki Stik® is sent to you nestled in finely shredded recycled paper inside of a Priority Mail box and includes an instruction card and business card.
