What happens
if my NikiStik breaks?
In the unlikely event that your NikiStik should break, send it to NikiStik, along
with a check or money order for $5.95 to cover shipping and handling, and
it will be replaced free of charge. Every NikiStik comes with this guarantee.
Due to the nature of wood and art, no two NikiStiks are alike, but we will
replace your NikiStik with the closest match to the original as possible.

and securely in place. Will a NikiStik work for me?
The Nikistik Short works best for women with fine hair. Make sure to check out
Up Do's for instructions. Damp hair is easier to work with. It might take
a little practice, but once you've got it, you've got it! Shorter, finer
hair works wonderfully in a French twist.

I've seen similar items. What makes a Nikistik
so different?
It's the personalized care that we take in hand sanding and varnishing.
We use the finest varnish available to create the strongest, smoothest finish
possible. This means that your NikiStik will glide through wet or dry hair
and can be tossed into the bottom of your purse and still look new for

We focus on one item only to ensure that it will be the best. When we receive

Wood is a sacred resource that sustains our lives. We rescue wood that
would ordinarily be discarded. We believe in our motto, "NO TREE WAS CUT DOWN
TO PUT YOUR HAIR UP!" You

I've seen your UP DO's page. Can I do other
things with my NikiStik?
Yes. Customers are always creating new UP DO's. For a more casual look,
don't tuck hair ends into your bun or twist. Form a secure bun or twist and
allow the ends to move freely. NikiStiks can even add body and curl to your
hair. Simply secure damp hair in a bun on top of your head. Let it dry and
take it down. You'll be amazed at the results. Be creative and have fun. One
of the beauties of the NikiStik is that there are no rules.

How are NikiStiks packaged?
Every NikiStik is sent to you nestled in finely shredded recycled paper
inside of a Priority Mail box and includes an instruction card and business
card.
